DTC Jobs Terms and Conditions
DTC Job is a work marketplace headquartered at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. We connect companies and job seekers, facilitating exclusive recruitment matches for which fees are charged to both parties.
We are committed to compliance with GDPR and ensure that all personal data is only used to notify individuals about job opportunities, reminders, and sharing with partner companies as required for recruitment purposes. Personal data is never used for any other purpose. Users may request the deletion of their data at any time by contacting info@dtcjob.com
Terms and Conditions for Companies
1. Exclusivity
By partnering with DTC Job, you agree that we are the exclusive agency managing recruitment for your company. Engaging other recruiters or agencies for roles under our agreement is not allowed unless explicitly approved in writing.
2. Candidate Intellectual Property
All candidates presented by DTC Job are considered intellectual property.
Companies are prohibited from:
Directly or indirectly contacting candidates outside the scope of our agreement for 5 years after our partnership ends.
Sharing candidate profiles, contact details, or access information with any third party or within their personal or professional network without prior written approval.
3. Network Sharing Policy
Companies wishing to refer a candidate to another company or within their network must obtain written permission from DTC Job.
Referral commissions may be earned if the candidate is successfully placed with the referred company through DTC Job. Unauthorized sharing will result in financial penalties and immediate termination of the partnership.
4. Payment Terms
Payments are due only when a formal agreement is signed between you and the candidate. Payment terms are Net 15.
5. Confidentiality and Data Protection
All information and resources shared through DTC Job are confidential and must not be disclosed to any third party.
DTC Job is fully compliant with GDPR, and all personal data is only used for recruitment purposes, such as notifying about job matches and coordinating placements.
6. Violations and Penalties
Any breach of these terms, including unauthorized candidate sharing, will result in:
Financial penalties.
Immediate termination of the partnership.
Terms and Conditions for Candidates / Job Seekers
1. Platform Usage and Fees
Testing the platform is completely free.
Upon securing a job or project through DTC Job, a 10% service fee on your earnings is applied, payable by the first of the next month, with a payment term of Net 15.
2. Confidentiality and Restrictions
You are strictly prohibited from:
Sharing any data, resources, or access provided by DTC Job with outside parties.
Disclosing the brands, companies, or individuals you connect with through DTC Job for personal projects or other companies without written approval.
Violations will result in:
Financial penalties.
Permanent removal from the DTC Job network and all associated opportunities.
3. Billing Policy
Freelancers are required to:
Invoice clients on a monthly cycle.
Report exact monthly earnings and results to DTC Job for proper fee calculation.
4. Communication and Placement Compliance
Direct communication with hiring companies outside of DTC Job approved framework is prohibited.
All placements secured through DTC Job must be reported to the agency.
5. Data Protection and Deletion Rights
Candidates' personal data is only used for the purpose of notifying them about relevant job opportunities and reminders.
Data is shared only with partner companies as necessary for recruitment purposes, in full compliance with GDPR.
Candidates may request deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting info@dtcjob.com.
6. Violations and Penalties
Failure to comply with these terms will result in:
Financial penalties.
Lifetime removal from the DTC Job network.
By using the DTC Job platform, companies and candidates agree to these terms and conditions. Violation of any terms will result in immediate actions, including financial penalties, termination of access, and legal measures.
